The company was established in Château-d'Oex, a winter-summer resort located 15
minutes from Gstaad in 1968. Roger Lenoir, a real estate agent with over 30 years of
experience has acquired a reputation for providing real estate representation based
on trust and disretion. Seventeen years ago his nephew, Marc Lenoir joined the
company and extended the business on the Gstaad Valley.
