Guinnard Immobilier & Tourisme SA is a family-run business with an excellent
reputation, founded in 1965. G.I.T. is member of several professional
associations at the regional, cantonal and federal levels. The Guinnard's are
well-known and respected for their contributions in these. André Guinnard is the
founder of the company. His wife Rose-Marie takes care of the technical aspects
of property maintenance. His daughter Françoise has developed a widely used
rental system. His son Daniel holds since 1994 the diploma of federal mastery
in “real-estate administration & brokerage” (ARCID); he is a member of the API-
WIT committee. He is also the founder and president of the CITI.
